Our Code S&C class is designed specifically as a program to get strong, build muscle mass and assist with weight loss.

Weekly classes include: 

  • Monday –  Bench Press
  • Tuesday –  Squats
  • Wednesday – Upper Body accessories and WOD
  • Thursday – Deadlifts

These sessions run off a 12 week block with each 4 week entering a new phase. Firstly, we start with our building phase. This is higher reps and overall volume to build a really solid base and movement pattern. We then move into our strength phase. The reps slightly decrease as weight goes up and we start to prime our body for our final 4 week block. Our heavy block is a 4 week program that finishes with Heavy Week where you will test your 3RM Bench, Squat and Deadlift + your designated WOD.
