Code.Hot is not your average yoga or Pilates studio—we use infrared heat to fire up your session, helping you boost flexibility, burn more calories, and leave feeling lighter, looser, and recharged.

Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned yogi, you’ll be guided through every move by our expert instructors. All fitness levels are welcome, and all you have to do is show up and bring your best vibe.

Infrared heat doesn’t just warm the room—it heats you from the inside out. That means a deeper sweat, more calories burned, looser muscles, and faster recovery. It’s not your average hot yoga or Pilates.

At Code.Hot, our 30-34°C infrared studio boosts circulation, helps flush out toxins, and leaves you feeling lighter, calmer, and way more limber. Plus—it’s cleaner, safer, and way more effective than traditional heated classes.

Class Etiquette & Important Reminders:

We get it—life happens. But we do have a late cancel and no-show fee in place to keep things fair for everyone.

Cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid the $10 late cancel fee

No-shows? That’s also a $10 fee — we want to make sure every spot gets used!

What to Bring

Towel – Non-negotiable. No towel = no class. You’ll need it for hygiene and your mat.

Water Bottle – Hydrate before, during, and after class. You’re going to sweat.

Breathable Activewear – Think fitted and comfortable. Avoid bulky gear—you’ll be warm enough!

Before Class

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, chat to our team, and settle in.

Please remove your shoes and leave them at the bottom of the stairs — you’ll be called up when the studio is ready.

Late arrivals won’t be allowed in once the class starts, so please be on time.

During Class

You’ll be moving and sweating in a heated room set to 30-34°C. Listen to your body and pace yourself.

Our instructors will guide you, but it’s your space to explore movement and breath.

After Class

Please wipe down your mat and any equipment used. Let’s keep the studio fresh for everyone.

Take your time to cool down, hydrate, and enjoy the post-class high.
