What to Expect, What to Bring, and How to Get the Most Out of Your Start.

We're so stoked to have you in the gym.

It can be nerve wracking when you're starting something new, to put your mind at ease lets cover the in class experience. We cater for all fitness and strength levels, our programming uses three phases: Base, Flow, and Peak, allowing everyone to train together, regardless of their starting point.

Base: Focuses on building foundational strength and form.

Flow: Progresses you to moderate intensity, and increasing weight & rep ranges.

Peak: Challenges you to push your limits and achieve maximum performance.

Expect the coaches to be ridiculously friendly and supportive, you can decide what sort of level you'll be aiming for or pushing towards but we can guarantee you'll have everyones complete support.

DOING an INBODY SCAN?

If you're going to do an inbody scan and get a comprehensive review with a coach, please be sure to be early before the class, have the app downloaded & have your account set up. Here's our Scanner Manual so you can easily scan yourself and share the results with a coach afterwards.

What to Bring

Breathable Workout Gear – Comfort is key for crushing those reps.

Water Bottle – Stay hydrated and keep that energy up.

Towel – You're going to sweat, and that's a good thing!

Before Class

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to check in, have a quick chat with one of our friendly coaches, and get a tour of the studio. We’ll show you where everything is and give you a rundown of the session flow.

During Class

Classes run for 50 minutes, starting with a warm-up. Each section of the workout is demoed by our passionate coaches, so you'll know exactly what to do. If the class is full, don’t worry – you’ll share equipment, make new friends, and keep each other motivated!

After Class

We love feedback! Chat with our studio manager or coaches after your session. Not sure which program to try next? Ask your coach for a personalised training plan. We’re here to ensure you have the best possible experience every time.
