"As a mum of two, I felt like my life was on hold. At 127kg, I was ashamed of my body and didn’t know where to start. Walking into Code 5 changed everything. The coaches and the community gave me the support and confidence I needed to take control of my health and my life.
In just two years, I’ve lost 40kg, and kept it off. I learned how to look after myself, not just for me but for my family. The best part? The gym became like a second family. They even celebrated my milestones with me, including a skydiving adventure to mark my progress!
If you’re a mum feeling stuck or overwhelmed, Code 5 is where you’ll find the strength, balance, and support you need. I’m living proof that change is possible."

I used to dread running. Every time I went for one, it felt like a struggle, and I never really saw progress. I used to think running for distance was the best way to get better at running but since following a proper running program and prioritising 2 runs a week I have seen a HUGE improvement with my ability.
With an already busy training week I prioritised 1 x interval session and 1 x tempo run per week and this fit is so well for me and I was able to see a huge improvement in my performance. For the first time in my life, I actually started to enjoy running because I could feel myself getting stronger, fitter, and faster with each session.
Riley’s guidance helped me train smarter, not harder, and suddenly, I was hitting PBs I never thought possible.
Now, running doesn’t feel like a chore, it’s something I look forward to because I know I’m improving every time I step out. Best decision I ever made! - Mikaela Reffold

When I set the goal of running 30km for my 30th birthday, I had no idea where to begin. I’ve always loved running, but that kind of distance felt completely out of my league. That’s when I reached out to Riley for guidance, and it was the best decision I could have made.
He created a plan that was both achievable and structured to fit seamlessly into my routine, keeping me accountable every step of the way. Without his support, I honestly don’t think I would have followed through. But I did, and I’m beyond proud of myself for completing it!
I never imagined I’d actually run 30km in my life, but here I am, proving myself wrong. Huge thanks to Riley and Code.Endurance for making it possible, I’ll definitely be back for my next crazy challenge! - Lucy Chambers

"I was always surrounded by athletic friends, but I felt like the 'chubby one', uncomfortable in my own skin and stuck in a cycle of partying and unhealthy habits. Then I found Code 5, and everything changed.
Joining was the turning point I needed. I learned more than I ever thought possible about health, nutrition, and exercise. I dropped 20kg, gained confidence, and discovered a version of myself I never knew existed. The support from the Code 5 community was incredible; it didn't end with my transformation, I’m now one of the coaches, paying it forward and helping others change their lives just like I did.
If you're serious about achieving your fitness goals, this is where you need to be."

You need a why. Why am I doing this.
In January 2023 my GP told me I was borderline prediabetic and carrying way too much weight. She said if I didn’t prioritise my health my then 10 year son would not have a mother for long given my stress levels. I decided it was time and made it my mission to loose a Liam by my 55th birthday so Liam wouldn’t lose his mum. A Liam = 35kg.
I signed up with Code 5s online program with a weekly check in with a coach. Uploading photos and really looking at myself was confronting.
✅I was elite level fit in my early 30s, what we were looking at could not be further from that.
✅Over the course of 2023 I lost 37kgs exceeding my target.
✅My V02 improved from 20.9 to 36.9 which is from below average to 95th percentile for my age.
✅I was over 40% body fat and now between 22-25%.
✅I have so much more energy, my mental health improved so much I have stopped taking antidepressants and I feel I have found my that person I had lost.
✅In August 24, I recorded my fastest ever City to Surf at the age of 55, beating times from aged 25 and 30 years of age when I considered myself very fit.
What worked for me was being accountable to someone else that made it bigger than me, challenges and competitions bought out the old athlete and gave me something to chase keeping it interesting and providing rewards for effort. I tracked my food religiously as well as my burn looking for that daily deficit. To start I just walked, then added cross training and weight training.
I had the occasional treat but if I did I upped the burn to compensate. I had bad days but offset them with really good days. The ultimate reward however is being healthy, having energy and being able to live my best life.
My new mantra is look strong, feel strong, be strong. - Renata Dale

"I joined Code 5 seeking a new challenge and wanting to regain my health, fitness, and figure before I turned 40. Since then, I’ve lost over 10.6kg, trained a minimum of six times a week, taken on two 3-hour challenges, and made some amazing friends along the way.
What I love about Code 5 is the encouraging community, the helpful trainers, and the level of accountability they provide, that’s what sets them apart. Booking my classes in advance and using the body scanner to track my progress has kept me on track and helped me reach my goals.
My journey isn’t over yet... watch this space!"

"When I started at Code 5, I weighed 74kg. Now, pre-competition, I’m down to 51kg, over 20kg lost! My body fat dropped from 32.2% to 5%, and my visceral fat went from 10 to 1. But the most important change has been mental.
I’ve discovered how strong and resilient I truly am. Stepping out of my comfort zone has shown me that I can achieve more than I ever thought possible. My journey isn't over, and I’m driven to keep improving while inspiring others.
Code 5 has supported me every step of the way, and now I get to do the same for others. If you're ready to transform, this is the place"

"I'd lose weight, then gain it all back, no consistency, no discipline. My relationship with food and the scales was toxic. I’d starve myself when the number went up, only to binge later. It felt like a never-ending struggle that I couldn’t escape.
Joining Code 5 changed everything. The coaches helped me break that cycle and find a healthier approach to fitness and nutrition. I gained strength, both mentally and physically, and I’ve now lost 40kg, without obsessing over the scales.
I’m more active than ever, have completed triathlons, and feel confident in my body for the first time in years. If you’re tired of the yo-yo, Code 5 is where you'll find real, lasting change.
