
Are You Recovering Properly? 😴
Did you know that overtraining can slow your results? Many of us chase high MEP scores but forget that recovery is where real progress happens.
Blue Zone (60-69%) = Active recovery (walks, yoga, light cycling)
Green Zone (70-79%) = Low-impact strength & steady cardio
Yellow & Red (80-100%) = Hard effort—use sparingly!
💡 This week’s challenge: Schedule at least one “recovery day” where you stay mostly in Blue Zone. Your body (and performance) will thank you!
Check your Myzone app: Are you hitting too much Red & Yellow? Try to balance with more Blue & Green!
