Yes. Every program at Code 5 is coach-led and scaled to your current level. You don't need to be fit to start - that's what we're here for. Coaches will guide your movement, adjust the load, and make sure you're progressing safely from session one.
In most cases, yes. Our coaches are experienced in working around injuries and modifying sessions so you can keep training without making things worse. We recommend letting your coach know before your first session so they can programme accordingly.
Code.Hot is our infrared yoga and Pilates studio located at Brookvale. Sessions are heated to 30-34°C using infrared technology - not traditional steam heat - which warms your muscles from the inside, improves flexibility, and supports recovery.
Yes. Code.Youth is our structured program for teen athletes focused on strength, speed, agility, and building confidence. Sessions are run by qualified coaches and designed specifically for young athletes - not watered-down adult sessions.
Yes. You don't need any HYROX experience to join our training sessions. Coaches will introduce you to the movements, build your capacity progressively, and help you prepare for race day at whatever distance suits you.
Our Brookvale gym is the training home for members from Brookvale, Manly, Dee Why, Freshwater, Curl Curl, Balgowlah, Warriewood, and surrounding Northern Beaches suburbs. If you're within 15 minutes of Old Pittwater Road, we're your local gym.
