I HAVEN'T EXERCISED IN YEARS, IS THIS PROGRAM SUITABLE?

 Yes. Every session is beginner friendly. We start at your pace and build you up safely.

DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE?

 None at all. We guide you through everything, step by step.

CAN I JOIN IF I HAVE INJURIES OR LIMITED MOBILITY?

Absolutely. Just let us know beforehand and we’ll tailor movements to suit your body.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

Better strength, balance, mobility, confidence, and energy in day-to-day life.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?

Most members do 2 to 3 sessions per week, but you can train as often as you like.

Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 8am at the Balgowlah gym. Two sessions a week, same time each week, so it's easy to build into your routine.
