There wasn’t a brand, a company or a gym, it began just through friendship, support and genuine care.
The journey of Code 5 Fitness began in 2013, not with a business plan, but with a single goal: to help one person battling depression. There was no brand, no gym, just friendship, support, and genuine care. That one act of compassion sparked something far greater.
Twelve months later, we opened a modest personal training studio in Brookvale. As lives began to change, the community grew stronger. We rebranded, expanded, and moved into a 500sqm facility that reflected the energy and vision of what was unfolding.
By 2018, Code 5 had become a movement across the Northern Beaches, with three thriving locations and a clear mission: to positively impact 100,000 lives through fitness, connection, and growth.
In November 2024, we took a bold step and expanded into North Ryde, bringing our unique training experience and supportive culture to a brand-new community ready to transform.
Then, in April 2025, we launched Code.Hot, our state-of-the-art infrared yoga and Pilates studio in Brookvale. It’s our newest way to help people sweat with purpose, move with intention, and feel their absolute best.
2025 also marks our 10-year anniversary, a decade of transforming lives, building community, and doing things differently. It’s a milestone that reminds us how far we’ve come, and how fired up we are for what’s next.
And in June 2025, we opened our fifth location in Lindfield, continuing our journey of growth and bringing the Code 5 community to even more people across Sydney.
And we’re not done. With plans to expand Code.Hot to more locations soon, we’re more committed than ever to changing lives, one workout, one conversation, one person at a time.
