Welcome to Code.Strong!

Our premier Strength & Conditioning program designed to maximise your performance in the gym. This program focuses on building functional strength & muscular endurance

  • Bench Press

  • Deadlifts

  • Upper Pull

  • Squats

  • Cleans

Each week, you'll work on these main lifts with dedicated sessions aimed at increasing strength and improving your technical lifting. After the main lifts, our Conditioning program will push you to the next level with high-intensity finishers that enhance your endurance and athleticism.

Whether you’re an experienced lifter or new to strength training, Strong offers a structured approach to achieving your health & fitness goals and building a strong athletic body.

Track Your Progress with Our InBody Scanner

We encourage everyone to use the InBody scanner, and it’s free for all active members. Get a comprehensive report on your body composition, review your progress, and build a plan to continue seeing results. While optional, it’s highly recommended for anyone pursuing a body transformation.

Understanding the balance between your weight, muscle, and body fat is key to creating a fitness plan that works for you. It helps ensure you're building muscle while managing body fat in a healthy way.

MUSCLE BREAKDOWN

This breakdown shows how much muscle you have in your arms, legs, and core. It helps spot any muscle imbalances, so we can adjust your workouts for balanced strength and stability.

BASAL METABOLIC RATE

Your BMR is the number of calories your body burns at rest. Knowing this helps us create a personalised nutrition plan that matches your activity level and goals.

BODY COMPOSITION HISTORY

Watching how your weight, muscle, and body fat change over time helps us make adjustments to keep you on track to reach your goals.

We proudly have Myzone at all of our locations.


If you have an apple watch or smart watch you can join myzone & be shown your heart rate live on the screen.

If not, you can buy a Myzone band from us and keep track of workouts in the gym or outside, accurately tracking your heart rate & giving you live feedback of every effort.
