We started as body transformation experts, and while that remains our core focus, we've expanded to help more people. With over 1,500 members, both in the gym and online, we offer programs for every fitness journey. From online to in-gym, we have the expertise and resources for every member, near or far, and proudly say we'll support you every step of the way.

Our online members across Australia focus on nutrition, mindset, and weight loss. The Code.Hot Crew builds strength and flexibility in yoga and Pilates. Code.Athletes follow tailored plans to improve performance, endurance runners train for personal bests, and our gym regulars stay fit and social. Lastly, our youth train in the afternoons, staying active instead of sitting on iPads.

We encourage everyone to use the InBody scanner, and it’s free for all active members. Get a comprehensive report on your body composition, review your progress, and build a plan to continue seeing results. While optional, it’s highly recommended for anyone pursuing a body transformation.
