
A few of us began meeting early on Friday mornings for a casual 5K. No pressure, no pace targets, just good conversations, a few laughs and a sunrise run to kick off the day. We’d finish with coffee at The Steyne and chat about life, work and training goals.
Week by week, more people started joining in. Some were seasoned runners, while others were simply getting back into movement. No matter your level, everyone was welcome. The energy was different. It was supportive, social and something the crew genuinely looked forward to.
So, we decided to make it official.
The Code 5 Social Run Club was born, built on connection, consistency and the belief that movement is always better together.
What started as one casual Friday run has now grown into free weekly Run Clubs across Freshwater, Manly and Lindfield. We run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, rain or shine, with all fitness levels welcome.

We proudly have Myzone at all of our locations. If you have an apple watch or smart watch you can join myzone & be shown your heart rate live on the screen. If not, you can buy a Myzone band from us and keep track of workouts in the gym or outside, accurately tracking your heart rate & giving you live feedback of every effort.

We encourage everyone to use the InBody scanner, and it’s free for all active members. Get a comprehensive report on your body composition, review your progress, and build a plan to continue seeing results. While optional, it’s highly recommended for anyone pursuing a body transformation.
