Whether your teen is new to training or already active in sport, this is a safe, structured way to build confidence, fitness, and good habits. Our coaches focus on proper technique, support, and creating a positive environment so teens actually enjoy training and keep showing up.

Because we educate our athletes to build a large foundation of knowledge around their lifting. So as they get older they’ll learn to progress faster and be prepared to lift heavier when the time is right. We will not push any athletes to risk injury. We value progress over perfection.
Yes of course, the program caters to everyone.
We recommend it to youth ages 12+. We have youth classes and classes for adults - programs will vary slightly with the same outcome of increased performance in the gym and on the field.
We run it 2 afternoons a week Tuesday and Thursday at 4:40pm. In times don't suit, once cleared by a coach on your lifting standards you can use the gym outside of class times to complete the program as well.
Currently this program is offered in our Brookvale gym, located at 1/98 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100 every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 04:30pm.
