Parking Tips & Tricks

Brookvale

You can park in the visitor spots or the spots labeled number 1 down the back of the business park.

Balgowlah

Best parking is above Woolworths in the rooftop carpark, then walk acrros the road into the business park.

Warriewood

Best parking is on Vuko place or in the council car park located just out the back of the gym, and then walk down the driveway to the gym - you’ll see our sign out the front.

North Ryde

Drive into the complex, and you’ll find parking spots right in front of the gym.

Lindfield

You can park out the back of the gym in the public carpark.

Can I use our membership on any location?

Yes, as soon as you become a member of Code 5 , you'll get access to all five locations. Just simply select the location via our App and book any classes you want to attend. Any issues with booking, let us know :)

What to Bring to your First Classs?

For your first class, aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early for a quick chat with your coach. Wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers, and bring a water bottle and towel. It's all about being prepared and feeling comfortable!

What We Provide: All the Essentials

At all Code 5 facilities, we’ve got you covered with the essentials. We provide secure open-air cubbies for storing your clothes, phones, or keys during your workout. Enjoy access to showers, fully stocked bathrooms with soap, deodorant, hair ties, and tampons. We aim to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of after your workout.

Stay Hydrated: Water Station

We have water stations available, feel free to bring your own bottles so you can fill it up.

What kind of sessions do you offer?

At Code 5 Fitness, we offer a range of training experiences to help you move, lift, and recover at your best:

Code.Fit – High-energy group training that blends strength, conditioning, HIIT, and functional workouts. Perfect for anyone wanting to get fitter, stronger, and level up their overall performance.

Code.Strong – A semi-private strength and conditioning program designed for serious results. Focus on technical lifting, build lean muscle, and push your strength to new heights with expert coaching. Code.Strong runs four days a week and is ideal for body transformations or event prep like Turf Games.

Code.Hot – Our infrared yoga and Pilates studio, based in Brookvale (and soon expanding!). Code.Hot offer heated classes including Hot Pilates, and restorative yoga. Train in a detoxifying infrared environment that boosts flexibility, speeds up recovery, and leaves you feeling strong, refreshed, and recharged.

Do I need special gear for any sessions?

No, but we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothing and enclosed running or lifting shoes for your sessions.

All Code 5 Fitness sessions are fully scalable to suit every fitness level — from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Our expert coaches are here to meet you where you’re at, offering personalised alternatives and guidance to help you move confidently and safely.

Late for a Session? What Now?

If you're late, we'll do our best to fit you in. You may need to do a separate warm-up before joining the class, but we encourage you to aim for on-time arrival whenever possible.

Booking & Memberships

Memberships: Freeze or Cancel

You can suspend your membership for up to 6 weeks per year. Please be aware, you will still need to see out your agreed contract of 26 week commitment. A 28 day notice is required if you will be cancelling your membership. Email or get in touch with your coaches.

How Can I Book a Session?

Now the real choice is yours.

If you felt the energy, the support, and the difference at Code 5 — we’d love to have you stay, level up your training, and be part of something bigger.

If it’s not for you, that’s cool too. No contracts, no pressure.

Cancel a Booking: What’s the Policy?

For Code sessions, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees. No-shows may be charged or lose a session credit.

For Code.Hot classes in Brookvale, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time.

Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $10 fee.

Is there a Contract?

We offer a 12 or 26-week term, depending on your agreed contract commitment. This flexibility allows you to choose a term that aligns with your goals. You can change your plan anytime.

What makes Code.Hot different from other studios?

We’re not your average yoga and Pilates spot. Code.Hot uses infrared heat technology (not traditional heaters) to warm the room to 30-34°C. This deep heat improves flexibility, circulation, and recovery, while giving you a detoxifying, calorie-burning sweat.

What’s the deal with the infrared heat?

At Code.Hot, we use infrared heating, which gently warms your body, not just the air around you. Think of it like the warmth you feel from the sun on your skin.

That means:

Looser muscles, deeper stretches

Better circulation & detox through sweat

More calories burned & faster recovery

Why is infrared safer than traditional heat?

Traditional hot studios use forced air or humid heat that can feel stifling and overwhelm the respiratory system. Infrared panels, on the other hand:

Warm the body directly (like sunlight, but without harmful UV)

>Create a dry, breathable heat — no stuffy or steamy air

>Reduce risk of overheating because the environment stays comfortable while your internal temperature rises naturally

>Are gentler on your lungs and skin, especially for those sensitive to humidity or asthma

>You get all the heat benefits without the heavy, oppressive air — it’s a cleaner, more effective, and safer way to sweat.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yep! Here’s your checklist:

Towel – No towel = no class. It’s non-negotiable.

Water bottle – You’re going to sweat. Hydrate before, during, and after.

Breathable activewear – Think fitted and flexible, not bulky.

When should I arrive?

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, settle, and chat with the team.

Shoes off and leave them at the bottom of the stairs.

No late entries, we lock the door once class starts.

Cancel a Booking: What’s the Policy?

Life happens, we get it. But to keep it fair for all:

Cancel at least 2 hours before your class to avoid a $10 late cancel fee.

No-shows? That’s also $10. Every spot counts!
