Parking Tips & Tricks

Brookvale

You can park in the visitor spots or the spots labeled number 1 down the back of the business park.

Balgowlah

Best parking is above Woolworths in the rooftop carpark, then walk acrros the road into the business park.

Warriewood

Best parking is on Vuko place or in the council car park located just out the back of the gym, and then walk down the driveway to the gym - you’ll see our sign out the front.

North Ryde

Drive into the complex, and you’ll find parking spots right in front of the gym.

Can I use our membership on any location?

Yes, as soon as you become a member of Code 5 , you'll get access to all four locations. Just simply select the location via our App and book any classes you want to attend. Any issues with booking, let us know :)

What to Bring to your First Classs?

For your first class, aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early for a quick chat with your coach. Wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers, and bring a water bottle and towel. It's all about being prepared and feeling comfortable!

What We Provide: All the Essentials

At all Code 5 facilities, we’ve got you covered with the essentials. We provide secure open-air cubbies for storing your clothes, phones, or keys during your workout. Enjoy access to showers, fully stocked bathrooms with soap, deodorant, hair ties, and tampons. We aim to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of after your workout.

Stay Hydrated: Water Station

We have water stations available, feel free to bring your own bottles so you can fill it up.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, you can bring a friend. Just use this link to enter their details.

What kind of sessions do you offer?

We offer two main sessions: Code.Training, which includes group classes focused on a variety of conditioning and strength workouts, and Code Strong, a semi-private strength and conditioning program.

Code.Strong emphasizes technical lifting in small groups and runs four days a week, designed for ultimate body transformation. This program combines compound strength training and metabolic conditioning, making it ideal for anyone looking to improve their fitness or prepare for events like the Turf Games.

Do I need special gear for any sessions?

No, but we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothing and enclosed running or lifting shoes for your sessions.

New to gym? Here's what to expect

All our sessions are scalable to accommodate different fitness levels. Our coaches will meet you where you're at, so if you're unable to do something, just let them know, and they'll provide alternatives.

Late for a Session? What Now?

If you're late, we'll do our best to fit you in. You may need to do a separate warm-up before joining the class, but we encourage you to aim for on-time arrival whenever possible.

Booking & Memberships

Memberships: Freeze or Cancel

You can suspend your membership for up to 6 weeks per year. Please be aware, you will still need to see out your agreed contract of 26 week commitment. A 28 day notice is required if you will be cancelling your membership. Email or get in touch with your coaches.

How Can I Book a Session?

I'm Done with my Trial, now what?

That’s up to you… We want you to experience the Code 5 difference, if you love it, stay onboard with us and keep getting amazing results. If for whatever reason we aren’t for you then stop and you don’t need to continue any further.

Cancel a Booking: What’s the Policy?

Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees. No-shows will incur a charge or lose their credit.

Is there a Contract?

We offer a 12 or 26-week term, depending on your agreed contract commitment. This flexibility allows you to choose a term that aligns with your goals.
