Designed and guided by our coaches who are highly qualified in ASCA level 2, sports science & movement degrees, as well as experience in elite sport- this program delivers on all levels.
With individual program design & quality control through the app, allowing the athlete to follow the program in our gym or another. There is also a one on one consultations (in person or online) throughout any phase, allows the athlete to talk through mental barriers or performance peaks and troughs.

Because we educate our athletes to build a large foundation of knowledge around their lifting. So as they get older they’ll learn to progress faster and be prepared to lift heavier when the time is right. We will not push any athletes to risk injury. We value progress over perfection.
Yes of course, the program caters to everyone.
We recommend it to youth ages 12+. We have youth classes and classes for adults - programs will vary slightly with the same outcome of increased performance in the gym and on the field.
We run it 3 afternoons a week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm. In times don't suit, once cleared by a coach on your lifting standards you can use the gym outside of class times to complete the program as well.
Currently this program is offered in our Brookvale gym, located at 1/98 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100 every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 04:30pm and in Balgowlah located at unit 26/28-34 Roseberry St, Balgowlah NSW 2093 every Monday and Wednesday at 04:15

Holds Cert III and IV in Fitness, along with a Bachelor of Health Science in Sports and Exercise Science.
Currently serving as Code 5 Head S&C Coach at Brookvale since 2019, with prior experience as a Speed and Agility Coach at ASSA.
Ex Elite Cricket Player, 5 years+, plays 1st Grade Cricket in Premier League and International Cricket, Dan understand what it takes to be an Elite Athlete.
✔Holds Certificate III and IV in Fitness from TAFE NSW.
