With expert coaches holding ASCA Level 2 qualifications, sports science degrees, and experience in elite-level sports, we’re here to help you unlock your potential.

FAQ's

Why Code 5?

Because we educate our athletes to build a large foundation of knowledge around their lifting. So as they get older they’ll learn to progress faster and be prepared to lift heavier when the time is right. We will not push any athletes to risk injury. We value progress over perfection.

Is it open for boys and girls?

Yes of course, the program caters to everyone.

What is the ideal age for this?

We recommend it to youth ages 12+. We have youth classes and classes for adults - programs will vary slightly with the same outcome of increased performance in the gym and on the field.

Dan Brown

Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Brookvale, demonstrating over a decade of expertise in athletic training.

Holds Cert III and IV in Fitness, along with a Bachelor of Health Science in Sports and Exercise Science.

Currently serving as Code 5 Head S&C Coach at Brookvale since 2019, with prior experience as a Speed and Agility Coach at ASSA.

Ex Elite Cricket Player, 5 years+, plays 1st Grade Cricket in Premier League and International Cricket, Dan understand what it takes to be an Elite Athlete.

What happens after this?

We offer a Youth Athlete Program on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons. Athletes are welcome to join if it fits their schedule—participation is completely optional.

All athletes track their progress through our app, which provides monthly reviews. Parents can receive these updates as well, if desired.
