She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment for people of all ages and abilities, focusing on balance, alignment, strength, and resilience through mind-body connection.

Penny’s classes are personalised, ensuring everyone’s individual needs are met. She has led the yoga program at Code 5 for the past 2 years and is excited to bring her passion for yoga to Code.Hot, her new teaching space.
