If you don't lose the 5kgs in 12 weeks we'll train you for free until you do.*
Commit to a set number of weekly sessions, receive a tailored meal plan or nutrition strategy guided by a coach, set a daily movement goal and stick to this plan for 12 weeks. When you successfully lose 5kgs you'll get a $500 Clothing voucher.
However, if you follow the plan and document everything asked and still don't lose the 5kgs after 12 weeks, you'll get free training until you do.

Terms and Conditions:
You must be committed to and capable of losing 5kgs over a 12 week period.
You'll receive a nutrition plan and strategies to follow during the program.
(And you'll document the strategy that you decide to use)
Commit to attending at least three gym sessions per week.
Set and meet a daily movement target.
If you follow the program for 12 weeks and don't lose the weight, you'll receive free training sessions until you do.
*Please note that eligibility for free training is subject to meeting these conditions and the trainer's discretion. Capacity to lose 5kgs will be determined by you and the trainer.
