Terms and Conditions:
• You must be committed to and capable of losing 5kgs over a 12 week period.
• You'll receive a nutrition plan and strategies to follow during the program.
(And you'll document the strategy that you decide to use)
• Commit to attending at least three gym sessions per week.
• Set and meet a daily movement target.
• If you follow the program for 12 weeks and don't lose the weight, you'll receive free training sessions until you do.
*Please note that eligibility for free training is subject to meeting these conditions and the trainer's discretion. Capacity to lose 5kgs will be determined by you and the trainer.
