How it works:

Commit to a set number of weekly sessions, receive a tailored meal plan or nutrition strategy guided by a coach, set a daily movement goal and stick to this plan for 12 weeks. When you successfully lose 5kgs you'll get a $500 Clothing voucher.

However, if you follow the plan and document everything asked and still don't lose the 5kgs after 12 weeks, you'll get free training until you do.

Get Unlimited Access to our 5 locations with over 120+ weekly classes, including strength training, conditioning sessions, yoga classes , and our Friday weekly run club.
