Join us Saturday, August 30 at 8:30am at Code 5 North Ryde for a special community workout, as we rally behind one of our own, Andrew Hogan, before he begins his epic 1,000km walk for mental health.

Andrew, a former jockey and proud Code 5 member, is walking from Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne to Rosehill in Sydney, kicking off September 15 and finishing on World Mental Health Day (Oct 10), which also marks his 50th birthday. He’s walking in memory of his late wife and for anyone currently battling, or lost to, mental health challenges.

Let’s send him off the only way we know how , together, loud and proud.
