Our Balgowlah gym, opened in 2018, located on the boarder of manly vale and Balgowlah we have members who make the short commute from Manly and then some as far as Mosman.

The gym is split into two levels, giving members in each class privacy and more of a personalised touch when it comes to the coaching.

Everyone raves about the in class experience at Balgowlah but what really sets the gym apart is the social aspect - with Monthly Friday night sessions organised, everyone gets together for a challenging workout followed by a drink or two.
